高校毕业生是党和国家宝贵的人才资源，其就业问题关系民生，更关系到国家的稳定和发展。毕业生能否高质量充分就业也是评判高等学校办学质量的重要指标之一。在高等教育普及化发展和当前国内外经济形势复杂多变的背景下，高校毕业生的就业呈现出数量多、期待高、就业难、形式变等特点。本文旨在分析大学毕业生就业工作的难点，探讨如何通过强化价值引领、改革人才培养方式、加强全过程生涯教育，努力提高毕业生的职业竞争力等多方面协同发力，共同推动毕业生高质量充分就业。
Graduates from higher education institutions are precious talent resources for the Party and the country. Their employment is not only related to people’s livelihood but also to the stability and development of the nation. Whether graduates can achieve high-quality and full employment is also one of the important indicators for evaluating the quality of higher education institutions. In the context of the popularization of higher education and the complex and changing economic situation both domestically and internationally, graduate employment is characterized by a large number of job seekers, high expectations, difficulties in finding employment, and diverse employment forms. This paper aims to analyze the difficulties in graduate employment work and explore how to promote high-quality and full employment for graduates through multiple measures, including strengthening value guidance, reforming talent cultivation methods, enhancing career education throughout the entire process, and improving graduates’ professional competitiveness.
