极限飞盘运动赋能大学生心理健康教育的创新路径——基于积极心理学视角

Abstract:
随着大学生心理健康问题日益突出,探索多元化心理健康教育模式成为高校重要课题。极限飞盘运动独特的运动特点、价值内涵和社交属性与积极心理学倡导的“品格优势”培育高度契合,逐渐成为心理育人的创新载体。本文基于积极心理学视角,深入探讨极限飞盘运动对大学生心理健康的积极影响,旨在揭示其在大学生心理健康教育中的重要价值,探索“飞盘 + 心理”育人新模式,为高校心理健康教育体系优化提供参考。
With the increasingly prominent mental health problems of college students, exploring diversified mental health education models has become an important topic for universities. The unique characteristics, value connotations, and social attributes of ultimate frisbee are highly consistent with the cultivation of “character strengths” advocated by positive psychology, gradually becoming an innovative carrier for mental health education. From the perspective of positive psychology, this paper deeply explores the positive impact of ultimate frisbee on the mental health of college students. It aims to reveal its important value in the mental health education of college students, explore a new “frisbee + psychology” education model, and provide a reference for the optimization of the mental health education system in universities.
