Abstract:
Mendelian Randomization (MR), as a genetic variant-based causal inference method, has been widely applied in recent years to the study of risk factors for endometrial cancer. This article reviews the progress in the application of the Mendelian Randomization method to the investigation of risk factors for endometrial cancer, aiming to provide new insights for research into causal relationships in endometrial cancer.
