风光储直流微电网运行控制策略

Abstract:
随着新能源的渗透率不断升高,将构建新型电力系统。本文针对于新型电力系统中广泛存在光伏发电系统、风力发电系统、储备系统等,提出了一种风光储微电网运行控制策略,使系统能离/并网稳定运行。光伏发电采用扰动观察法以实现最大功率跟踪;永磁同步风力发电机采用最佳叶尖速比法实现最大功率跟踪;蓄电池采用双向DC/DC控制实现充放电;双向DC/AC变换器采用VSG控制,并带有预同步控制实现平滑切换。本文在MATLAB/Simulink中建立风光储微电网仿真模型,验证了所提出控制策略的有效性。
With the increasing penetration rate of new energy, a new type of power system will be constructed. In this paper, a wind-solar storage microgrid operation control strategy is proposed for the new power system in which photovoltaic (PV) power generation system, wind power generation system, and reserve system widely exist, so that the system can run stably off-grid/on-grid. The photovoltaic power generation adopts the perturbation observation method in order to achieve maximum power tracking; the permanent magnet synchronous wind turbine adopts the optimal blade tip speed ratio method to achieve maximum power tracking; the storage battery adopts bi-directional DC/DC control to achieve charging and discharging; and the bi-directional DC/AC converter adopts the VSG control with pre-synchronization control to achieve smooth switching. This paper establishes a simulation model of wind-solar-energy storage microgrid in MATLAB/Simulink to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.
