区块链技术对人力资源数字化管理的影响与对策研究

Abstract:
随着信息技术的不断发展,区块链技术作为一种创新性的信息存储与传输技术,正逐渐渗透到各行各业,尤其在人力资源管理领域展现出巨大潜力。本研究旨在探讨区块链技术对人力资源数字化管理的影响及其应用对策。通过分析区块链的基本原理、技术优势及其在人力资源管理中的应用,研究发现区块链能够提高数据透明度、保障信息安全、优化薪酬管理与绩效考核等方面。尽管如此,区块链技术在实施过程中仍面临技术性能瓶颈、法律合规性、数据隐私保护等挑战。基于此,本文提出了针对区块链技术应用的优化策略,如引入高效共识机制、加强跨部门协作、推动法律法规建设等,以促进区块链在人力资源管理中的顺利应用和发展。研究为企业在数字化转型过程中利用区块链技术提供了理论指导和实践建议,具有重要的实践意义和现实价值。
With the continuous development of information technology, blockchain technology, as an innovative information storage and transmission technology, is gradually infiltrating into all walks of life, especially in the field of human resource management, showing great potential. This study aims to explore the influence of blockchain technology on HR digital management and its application countermeasures. Through the analysis of the basic principles, technical advantages of blockchain and their application in human resource management, it is found that blockchain can improve data transparency, ensure information security, optimize salary management and performance appraisal. Nevertheless, blockchain technology still faces challenges such as technical performance bottlenecks, legal compliance, and data privacy protection in the implementation process. Based on this, this paper puts forward optimization strategies for the application of blockchain technology, such as introducing efficient consensus mechanism, strengthening cross-department cooperation, and promoting the construction of laws and regulations, so as to promote the smooth application and development of blockchain in human resource management. The research provides theoretical guidance and practical suggestions for enterprises to use blockchain technology in the process of digital transformation, which has important practical significance and practical value.
