跨境电商背景下大学生跨文化交际能力提升路径——以商务英语为例

Abstract:
本文从理论和实践两方面分析探讨了提升商务英语人才提升跨文化交际能力的内涵和提升路径。研究发现,跨境电商背景下,即使商务英语专业学生已经具备一定知识功底,但还有文化差异不理解不适应、跨文化沟通技巧匮乏、实践能力与理论知识脱节等方面问题。因此,本文提出了以下三个提升路径,分别是加强文化意识、培养非语言沟通能力和提升实践能力。重视商务英语专业大学生跨文化交际能力,有效提升学生的跨文化交际能力,有望为他们在未来国际商务环境中取得成功奠定坚实基础。
This paper analyzes and discusses the connotation and ways of improving the cross-cultural communication ability of business English talents from both theoretical and practical aspects. The research finds that in the context of cross-border e-commerce, even though business English majors have a certain knowledge base, they still have problems such as incomprehension and adaptation of cultural differences, lack of cross-cultural communication skills, and disconnection between practical ability and theoretical knowledge. Therefore, this paper puts forward the following three improvement paths: strengthening cultural awareness, cultivating non-verbal communication ability and improving practical ability. Paying attention to the intercultural communication ability of business English majors and effectively improving students’ intercultural communication ability are expected to lay a solid foundation for their success in the future international business environment.
