结直肠癌术后吻合口瘘的研究进展

Abstract:
本文对结直肠癌术后吻合口漏的相关因素、诊断方法和治疗方法等方面进行了较为全面的阐述。通过对近几年国内外有关中、英两种文献的分析,重点探讨了术前、中、后各种因素在吻合口瘘发生中的作用,并探讨了非手术干预、微创手术和传统开放手术等措施对吻合口瘘的影响。
This article provides a comprehensive exposition on the related factors, diagnostic methods, and treatment methods of anastomotic leakage after colorectal cancer surgery. Through the analysis of literature from both domestic and foreign sources in recent years, this study focuses on exploring the roles of various factors before, during, and after surgery in the occurrence of anastomotic fistula. It also explores the impact of non-surgical interventions, minimally invasive surgery, and traditional open surgery on anastomotic fistula.
