Abstract:

本研究针对BOD5测定关键环节——稀释接种水制备过程中的温度控制、盐度调节、曝气方式优化、溶解氧质量浓度、接种液投加量校准及样品稀释倍数确定等影响因素进行系统探讨,旨在建立规范化的操作方案,为提升环境监测数据质量提供理论依据。
This study systematically explores the influencing factors in the preparation process of dilution and inoculation water, a key step in the determination of BOD5, including temperature control, salinity adjustment, optimization of aeration methods, calibration of dissolved oxygen mass concentration, inoculation liquid addition volume, and determination of sample dilution ratio. The aim is to establish a standardized operation plan and provide a theoretical basis for improving the quality of environmental monitoring data.
