小黑垡村治理实践成效及其经验分析

Abstract:
小黑垡村位于北京市大兴区长子营镇东部，2016年被列为大兴区唯一的市级低收入村。村党支部充分发挥党建引领作用，真心实意为民造福，把实事办到群众心坎上，逐步实现了小黑垡村产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕。通过对小黑垡村乡村治理的实际工作成效分析得出，制度创新、管理创新和党建引领及其示范效应是该村取得显著成效的重要原因。
Xiaoheifa Village is located in the eastern part of Changziying Town, Daxing District, Beijing. In 2016, it was listed as the only city level low-income village in Daxing District. The village party branch fully plays the leading role of party building leadership, sincerely benefits the people, and achieves practical results in the hearts of the masses, gradually realizing the prosperity of industries, livable ecology, civilized rural culture, effective governance, and prosperous life in Xiaoheifa Village. Through the analysis of the actual work effectiveness of rural governance in Xiaoheifa Village, it is concluded that institutional innovation, management innovation, party building guidance, and its demonstration effect are important reasons for the significant achievements of the village.
