企业电子档案管理质量提升研究——以某半导体企业为例
Research on the Quality Improvement of Enterprise Electronic Archives Management—A Case Study of a Semiconductor Company

本文首先强调了企业电子档案管理工作的重要性，指出了国家重视、质量优化及学界探讨的必要性背景。通过对某半导体行业企业的调研，揭示了该企业在电子档案管理方面存在的管理思维有待转变、归档数据质量差、加密标准模糊及人员供给质量不足等四大问题。为此，提出了编制管理体系文件、构建过程控制体系、加强人才培养和引进，以及建立质量评估体系等提升路径，旨在规范流程、明确要求、提升数据质量，满足企业长远发展需求。
This article first emphasizes the significance of enterprise electronic archive management, highlighting the background of national attention, quality optimization, and academic exploration. Through a survey of a certain semiconductor industry enterprise, it reveals four major problems in the enterprise’s electronic archive management: the need for a shift in management thinking, poor quality of archived data, ambiguous encryption standards, and insufficient quality of personnel supply. To address these issues, it proposes improvement paths such as compiling management system documents, building a process control system, strengthening talent cultivation and introduction, and establishing a quality assessment system, aiming to standardize processes, clarify requirements, improve data quality, and meet the long-term development needs of the enterprise.
