大力值液压式力标准机研究现状

Abstract:
力学计量是通过科学方法和仪器对物体的力学性质进行测量的过程,依托国家计量装置为基准,对各种场合下的力值及物理量进行测量和标定。液压式力标准机在大力值测量中具有重要应用,但油缸泄露可能导致力值输出波动,从而影响力值输出。从硬件结构优化和控制算法两个方面对大力值液压式力标准机的研究现状进行总结,并对其未来发展进行了展望。
Mechanical measurement is the process of measuring the mechanical properties of objects through scientific methods and instruments, relying on national measuring devices as the benchmark, the force value and physical quantity in various occasions are measured and calibrated. The hydraulic force standard machine has an important application in the measurement of the force value, but the leakage of the cylinder may lead to the fluctuation of the force value output, thus affecting the value output. The research status of the hydraulic force standard machine with high force value is summarized from two aspects of hardware structure optimization and control algorithm, and its future development is forecasted.
