以机械企业全球化为导向的职业教育国际化发展路径探究
Discussion on the International Development Path of Vocational Education Oriented by the Globalization of Machinery Enterprises

随着全球化进程的加快，机械企业迎来了前所未有的发展机遇与挑战，其国际化布局已成为提升企业竞争力的关键一环。然而，这一过程中，职业技能人才的匮乏已成为制约机械企业发展的主要因素之一。在此背景下，如何培养符合全球化需求的职业技能人才，成为职业教育领域亟待解决的重要课题。本文旨在探讨以机械企业全球化为导向的职业教育国际化发展路径，通过分析当前职业技能人才匮乏的现状与成因，提出构建“一核双引三融通”的职业教育国际化发展模式，并具体阐述该模式下的“内训 + 外培 + 属地化”三融通策略及其资金保障体制，以期为机械企业全球化背景下的职业教育国际化发展提供新的思路和实践路径。
With the acceleration of the globalization process, machinery enterprises ushered in unprecedented development opportunities and challenges, and its international layout has become a key part to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. However, in this process, the lack of professional skills has become one of the main factors restricting the development of machinery enterprises. Under this context, how to train vocational skills talents in line with the needs of globalization has become an important issue to be solved in the field of vocational education. This paper aims to explore the internationalization development path of vocational education oriented by globalization of machinery enterprises. By analyzing the current situation and causes of the shortage of vocational skills talents, it proposes to construct the internationalization development mode of vocational education of One Core, Two Introductions and Three Integrations, and elaborates the relevant strategy, namely, Internal Training + External Training + Localization, in order to provide new ideas and practice paths for the international development of vocational education under the background of globalization of machinery enterprises.
