浅析数字时代下传播伦理的失范与规范——基于智能化新闻传播的思考
An Analysis of the Anomie and Standardization of Communication Ethics in the Digital Age—Reflections Based on Intelligent News Communication

数字化浪潮正推动人工智能技术与新闻业的深度融合，但同时也暴露出传播伦理失范的诸多问题，不实信息、媒介审判等现象给新闻业带来了前所未有的危机。同时，基于人工智能技术带来的权力滥用、隐私泄露、“信息茧房”等问题也亟待解决。为使得新闻业能够更好地应对伦理失范问题，本文提出通过加强人机协作、提升审查与监管力度、完善法规制度等措施，以促进新闻传播伦理的规范与重构。
The digital wave is propelling the deep integration of artificial intelligence technology and the journalism industry. However, it also exposes numerous issues of communication ethics anomie. Phenomena such as false information and media trials have brought unprecedented crises to the journalism industry. Meanwhile, problems such as abuse of power, privacy leakage, and the “information cocoon” caused by artificial intelligence technology urgently need to be addressed. In order to enable the journalism industry to better cope with the problem of ethics anomie, this paper proposes measures such as strengthening human-machine collaboration, enhancing review and supervision, and improving laws and regulations, so as to promote the standardization and reconstruction of news communication ethics.
