社会情绪的研究现状及发展——基于CiteSpace的可视化分析
Current Research Status and Development of Social Emotions—CiteSpace-Based Visualization and Analysis

社会情绪是社会心态的真实流露，是社会生活的“晴雨表”、社会事件的“助推器”和社会信心的“温度计”。当前社会情绪的概念主要从个体社会情绪与群体社会情绪两个角度进行界定，强调个体与群体相融，是社会结构互动中社会成员某种一致的情绪体验。利用CiteSpace可视化分析软件对社会情绪研究主题进行归纳，发现当前主要沿着社会情绪表达与社会情绪治理两条路径进行研究。文章从社会比较、同质性吸引和情绪感染三个方面分析了社会情绪的生成机制，厘清社会情绪对社会心态、社会认知和社会适应的影响，并为推动社会情绪的未来研究提供三条建议。
Social emotion is the true expression of social mentality, the “barometer” of social life, the “booster” of social events and the “thermometer” of social confidence. Currently, the concept of social emotion is mainly defined from two perspectives: individual social emotion and group social emotion, emphasizing the integration of individual and group, which is a kind of consistent emotional experience of social members in the interaction of social structure. Using CiteSpace visual analysis software to summarize social emotion research themes, it is found that the current research is mainly conducted along the two paths of social emotion expression and social emotion governance. This paper analyzes the generation mechanism of social emotions from three aspects: social comparison, homogeneous attraction and emotional infection, clarifies the impact of social emotions on social mentality, social cognition and social adaptation, and providing three refinable perspectives for promoting future research on social emotions.
