东莞市中小河流治理现状和展望分析
Current Government Situation and Perspective Analysis of Small and Medium Sized Rivers in Dongguan City

新时期我国大力推进中小河流治理，急需开展城市中小河流治理现状调查分析，揭示中小河流治理存在的主要问题。本研究深入调查了东莞市7条中小河流治理现状，提出了新时期防洪目标。存在的主要问题包括：全市域统筹谋划有待加强；防洪不达标河段还较多；堤防工程设计中生态理念融入不足；治理与管理能力有待进一步加强。本研究对开展新时期城市中小河流治理等具有重要的参考意义。
Under the new period of vigorously promoting the governance of small and medium sized rivers in China, it is urgent to conduct a survey and analysis of the current governing situation of urban small and medium sized rivers, and reveal the main existing problems. This study conducts an in-depth investigation into the current governing situation of seven small and medium-sized rivers in the Dongguan city, and proposes the flood control goals in the new period. The main existing problems include: many river sections do not meet flood control standards and the overall planning of the entire city need to be strengthened, and insufficient integration of ecological concepts in engineering design; governance and management capabilities need to be further strengthened. This study is significant for governing small and medium sized rivers in the city under the new period.
