新文科背景下金融科技专业人才培养模式研究

Abstract:
随着新文科建设与金融科技(FinTech)的深度融合,传统金融学人才培养模式面临数字化转型的挑战。本文基于新文科的跨学科理念,分析金融科技行业对复合型人才的需求特征,探讨现行培养模式在课程体系、实践能力和人文素养培育中的不足,提出以“学科交叉 + 技术赋能 + 伦理责任”为核心的金融科技人才培养路径,并构建多维度协同育人机制,为高校优化人才培养体系提供理论支持与实践参考。
With the deep integration of the New Liberal Arts construction and Financial Technology (FinTech), traditional talent training models in finance are facing the challenge of digital transformation. Based on the interdisciplinary concept of the New Liberal Arts, this paper analyzes the demand characteristics for composite talents in the FinTech industry, discusses the shortcomings of the current training model in curriculum design, practical skills, and humanities education, and proposes a talent training pathway centered around “interdisciplinary integration + technological empowerment + ethical responsibility”. Furthermore, it establishes a multidimensional collaborative education mechanism to provide theoretical support and practical references for universities to optimize their talent training systems.
