山东省民办本科大学生就业策略与职业观念现状的调查研究

Abstract:
随着我国高校毕业生人数的持续增加,就业市场的供需矛盾日益突出,尤其在山东省,民办本科高校学生面临更大的就业压力。为此,本文对山东省民办本科大学生的就业策略与职业观念进行调查研究,旨在提出改善建议以缓解就业供需矛盾,促进大学生实现充分、高质量的就业。研究中,发放2151份问卷并回收有效问卷1642份,构建了包含就业期望、就业认知和就业准备三个维度的分析框架。采用SPSS软件对数据进行统计分析,为高校与就业市场的有效对接提供依据,提升民办本科大学生的就业竞争力。
With the continuous increase in the number of college graduates in China, the contradiction between supply and demand in the employment market is becoming more and more prominent, especially in Shandong Province, where students of private undergraduate colleges and universities are facing greater employment pressure. Therefore, this paper investigates the employment strategies and career concepts of private undergraduate college students in Shandong Province, aiming to put forward suggestions for improvement to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of employment, and to promote college students to realize full and high-quality employment. In the study, 2151 questionnaires were distributed and 1642 valid questionnaires were collected, and an analytical framework containing three dimensions of employment expectations, employment perceptions and employment preparation was constructed. SPSS software was used to statistically analyze the data to provide a basis for the effective docking between colleges and universities and the job market, and to enhance the employment competitiveness of private undergraduate college students.
