随着新疆农业职业技术大学的不断发展，年轻干部的选任培育成为大学管理工作的重要内容。本论文旨在探讨评价中心技术在青年干部选拔培养中的应用，通过对相关理论和实践的研究，分析其优势和局限，并提出相应的改进措施，为大学选拔培养干部提供有益的参考。
With the continuous development of Xinjiang Agricultural Vocational and Technical University, the selection and training of young cadres has become an important part of university management. The purpose of this paper is to explore the application of evaluation center technology in the selection and training of young cadres, through the research of relevant theories and practices, analyze its advantages and limitations, and put forward corresponding improvement measures, so as to provide useful reference for the selection and training of cadres in universities.
