卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿剥除术后卵巢储备功能研究

Abstract:
子宫内膜异位症(EMs)是生育年龄女性中常见的疾病,表现为痛经、慢性盆腔疼痛和不孕,并可能导致盆腔肿物的形成。卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿作为其中的一种常见类型,对女性的卵巢储备功能造成一定影响,尤其在进行囊肿剥除术后,卵巢功能的恢复问题备受关注。文章旨在探讨卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿剥除术对卵巢储备功能的影响及相关因素。首先,文章介绍了卵巢子宫内膜异位症的临床表现,包括不孕、月经异常和盆腔疼痛,并总结了药物治疗和手术治疗等常见治疗方法。接着,分析了卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿剥除术对卵巢储备功能的影响,重点讨论了卵巢储备功能下降、术中卵巢组织切除及卵巢粘连等因素。最后,探讨了影响术后卵巢储备恢复的多种因素,包括囊肿的大小与位置、卵巢功能状态、患者年龄、子宫内膜异位症的严重程度及并发症等。文章还强调了术后治疗与护理在卵巢功能恢复中的重要作用。通过对相关因素的分析与总结,为临床治疗提供了指导意见,旨在提高卵巢功能恢复的效果,优化患者的生育预后。
Endometriosis (EMs) is a common disease among women of reproductive age, characterized by dysmenorrhea, chronic pelvic pain, and infertility, and may lead to the formation of pelvic masses. Ovarian endometriosis cysts, as a common type, have a certain impact on women’s ovarian reserve function, especially after cystectomy, and the recovery of ovarian function has attracted much attention. This article aims to explore the impact and related factors of ovarian endometriosis cystectomy on ovarian reserve function. Firstly, the article introduces the clinical manifestations of ovarian endometriosis, including infertility, menstrual abnormalities, and pelvic pain, and summarizes common treatment methods such as drug therapy and surgical treatment. Subsequently, the impact of ovarian endometriosis cystectomy on ovarian reserve function was analyzed, with a focus on factors such as decreased ovarian reserve function, intraoperative ovarian tissue resection, and ovarian adhesion. Finally, various factors affecting postoperative ovarian reserve recovery were explored, including cyst size and location, ovarian function status, patient age, severity of endometriosis, and complications. This article also emphasizes the important role of postoperative treatment and care in ovarian function recovery. By analyzing and summarizing relevant factors, guidance has been provided for clinical treatment, aiming to improve the effectiveness of ovarian function recovery and optimize the fertility prognosis of patients.
