Abstract:

培育和弘扬教育家精神是立德树人的内在要求。我国坚持把弘扬和培育教育家精神融入教师队伍建设的全过程,使之成为教师为党育人、为国育才的精神底色。教师们最初满怀热情进入教育行业,但在此过程中,部分教师信念感缺失、职业压力过大、教学能力不足等问题凸显。为解决这些问题,可从教师坚定理想信念,恪守师德规范、学校整合资源、完善制度,激发教师教学热情、立足实际加强专业知识学习,提高教师育人能力三方面入手,打造一支践行教育家精神的高质量教师团队。
Cultivating and carrying forward the spirit of educationist is the inherent requirement of cultivating people by virtue. China insists on carrying forward and cultivating the spirit of educators into the whole process of the construction of teachers, so that it will become the spiritual background for teachers to educate people for the party and for the country. At first, teachers entered the education industry with great enthusiasm, but in this process, some teachers’ lack of faith, excessive professional pressure, lack of teaching ability and other problems became prominent. In order to solve these problems, we can build a high-quality team of teachers who practice the spirit of educators from teachers’ firm ideals and beliefs, improving the teachers’ system, stimulating their teaching enthusiasm, strengthening the study of professional knowledge and improving the spirit of educators.
