《公共安全法学概论》课程思政的本质及其教学原则探析

《公共安全法学概论》是公共安全法学专业的一门专业核心课程。《公共安全法学概论》课程思政的本质内涵包括法学专业育人、法学价值回归以及法学同向同行等意蕴，结合人本原则、求实原则、心理相容原则和灌输原则等教学原则的分析，将扎实推进依法行政、严格公正司法等职业理念融入专业课程教学之中，把弘扬社会主义法治精神、维护社会公平正义等思政元素注入教学全过程，达到立德树人之目的，实现专业知识与课程思政协同育人。
“Introduction to Public Security Law” is a core course for public security law major. The essential connotations of the course include professional education, value return, and the same direction, etc. Combined with the analysis of teaching principles including the principle of human-centered, the principle of truthfulness, the principle of psychological compatibility as well as the principle of indoctrination, the course integrates the professional concepts such as a major push to advance law-based government administration and strict and impartial administration of justice. Besides, it injects the elements of ideology and politics such as promoting the spirit of socialist rule of law and safeguarding social justice into the whole teaching process, which aims to achieve the purpose of establishing morality and nurturing people, and to realize the synergy between professional knowledge and the political thinking of the curriculum.
