房价变动对城乡收入差距的影响——基于面板矩阵指数空间模型的实证研究

Abstract:
本文基于面板矩阵指数空间模型，采用中国大陆31个省(市、自治区) 2000年~2022年的平衡面板数据，实证研究了房价变动对城乡收入差距的影响。研究结果表明：本地区城乡收入差距的增大可通过空间溢出效应扩大相邻地区的城乡收入差距；房价的上涨也会对本地区和相邻地区的城乡收入差距带来正向影响。
Based on the panel matrix exponential spatial specification, this paper empirically studies the impact of housing price changes on the urban-rural income gap by using the balanced panel data of 31 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) in Chinese mainland from 2000 to 2022. The results show that the urban-rural income gap in this region can widen the urban-rural income gap in adjacent areas through spatial spillover effects. Rising housing prices will also have a positive impact on the rural-urban income gap between the region and neighbouring regions.
