Abstract:

随着全渠道零售模式的兴起与发展,零售商面临着更加复杂的网络设计与优化问题。零售商不仅需要考虑线上需求的履约策略,还需要考虑市场中竞争者的网络部署以及定价决策。本文综述了全渠道零售环境下的网络设计问题,重点探讨了零售商如何在多渠道环境下优化设施选址和订单履约。零售商在进行网络设计时,需充分考虑不同渠道之间的资源整合与协同效应,确保在满足消费者需求的同时,提高库存周转和配送效率。通过分析近年来全渠道零售网络设计的主要研究成果,本文总结了现有的研究方法和未来可能的发展趋势,为学术界和零售业提供一定的理论依据和实践指导。
With the rise and development of omnichannel retail, retailers face increasingly complex network design and optimization challenges. They must not only consider fulfillment strategies for online demand but also take into accounts competitors’ network deployments and pricing decisions. This paper reviews network design issues in the omnichannel retail environment, focusing on how retailers can optimize facility location and order fulfillment across multiple channels. In network design, retailers need to integrate and leverage resources across channels, ensuring efficient inventory turnover and delivery while meeting consumer demand. By analyzing key research findings on omnichannel retail network design in recent years, this paper summarizes existing methods and potential future trends, offering theoretical and practical guidance for both academia and retail industry.
