国库集中支付背景下高职院校存在的问题及对策研究
Research on the Problems Existing in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Centralized Treasury Payment and Countermeasures

随着预算管理一体化改革在全国范围内全面铺开，对国库管理提出了更高的要求，现行国库集中支付已不能满足高职院校的实际发展需求，急需采取一系列优化措施，促使高职院校迈入高质量发展阶段。基于此，本文将分析高职院校在国库集中支付背景下带来的影响，以及高职院校在国库集中支付背景下存在的问题，分析问题产生的主要原因，进而提出具体的优化措施。
With the comprehensive implementation of the integrated reform of budget management across the country, higher requirements have been put forward for treasury management. The current centralized treasury payment can no longer meet the actual development needs of higher vocational colleges. It is urgent to take a series of optimization measures to promote higher vocational colleges to enter a stage of high-quality development. Based on this, this paper will analyze the impact of centralized treasury payment on higher vocational colleges, as well as the problems existing in higher vocational colleges under the background of centralized treasury payment, analyze the main causes of the problems, and then propose specific optimization measures.
