中华诗词中的化学知识初探——以香与影为例
A Preliminary Study on Chemical Knowledge in Chinese Poetry—Taking Fragrance and Shadow as an Example

中国是一个诗的国度，在心为志，发言为诗，诗以言情，诗以言志。“诗”字中有一言，一土，一寸，意味着每一寸的土地上都有语言。“从大漠孤烟塞北到杏花春雨江南，从山水田园牧歌到金戈铁马阳关”，诗词滋润着万物，润养着心灵。化学作为一门在分子、原子水平上研究物质的组成、性质、结构、转化以及规律的学科，不仅有着理学的严谨，更有着文学的柔情。本论文主要从诗词中的“香”与“影”出发，从嗅觉和视觉来看化学与诗词之间的密切联系，探究摄影技术的原理以及香料的化学成分，并设计典型的教学案例，以诗促教，以文化人，让“诗情化意”贯穿于整个化学教学过程中，实现文与理的融合与升华。
China is a kingdom of poetry, where the heart is the will, speech is poetry, poetry expresses emotions, and poetry expresses aspirations. The word ‘poetry’ contains a word, a piece of land, an inch, which means that there is language on every inch of land. From the lonely smoke of the northern desert to the spring rain of apricot blossoms in the south, from the pastoral scenery of mountains and rivers to the golden and iron horses in Yangguan, poetry nourishes all things and nourishes the soul. Chemistry, as a discipline that studies the composition, properties, structures, transformations, and laws of matter at the molecular and atomic levels, not only has the rigor of science, but also the tenderness of literature. This paper mainly starts from the “fragrance” and “shadow” in poetry, and explores the close relationship between chemistry and poetry from the perspectives of smell and vision. It explores the principles of photography technology and the chemical composition of spices, and designs typical teaching cases to promote teaching through poetry and cultivate cultural people, so as to integrate “poetic emotions into meaning” throughout the entire chemistry teaching process, achieving the integration and sublimation of literature and theory.
