中医外治法治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的研究进展
Research Progress of External Treatment of Lumbar Back Myofascitis by Traditional Chinese Medicine

腰背肌筋膜炎是临床常见的疾病，随着经济发展、人们压力增大及不良坐姿，如今腰背肌筋膜炎患病率呈逐年上升趋势，且患病人群越来越年轻化，现代医学对本病的治疗暂无针对性药物，而中医可通过针刺、艾灸、推拿、拔罐等外治方法治疗腰背肌筋膜炎，不仅安全性高，且见效快、效果持久。故本文就近年来中医外治法治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的文献进行归纳总结，以期为腰背肌筋膜炎的临床治疗提供参考。
Lumbar back myofascitis is a common clinical disease, with economic development, people’s pressure increases and poor sitting posture, the prevalence of lumbar back myofascitis is now rising year by year, and the affected population is getting younger and younger, modern medicine has no targeted drugs for the treatment of this disease, and traditional Chinese medicine can treat lumbar back myofascitis through acupuncture, moxibustion, massage, cupping and other external treatment methods. It is not only safe, but also quick and long-lasting. Therefore, this article summarizes the literature on the treatment of lumbar back myofascitis by external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in recent years, in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of lumbar and dorsal myofascitis.
