郁病多因情志所伤，故属于情志病范畴。郁病与肝密切相关，并涉及心、脾等脏。郁病的主要病机有肝失疏泄、脾失健运、心失所养、脏腑阴阳气血失调。临床上多见肝郁患者，又因为日久病情迁延，而致虚实夹杂者。其中又以肝郁脾虚、肝郁肾虚、气虚肝郁为主。文章介绍郁病的验案一则，介绍王克勤教授临床治疗郁病的辨证思维以及方药加减，敬请指正。
Depression is mostly caused by emotional injury, so it belongs to the category of emotional illness. Depressive disease is closely related to the liver and involves the heart, spleen and other organs. The main pathogenesis of depression is liver stagnation, disorder of transportation of the spleen, heart lacking of sustenance, and viscera yin and yang, qi and blood imbalance. Clinically, patients with liver depression are more common, and because the disease is prolonged over time, it is intermingled deficiency and excess, among which liver depression and spleen deficiency, liver depression and kidney deficiency, qi deficiency and liver depression are the main ones.
