Abstract:

随着全球化程度的加深,国际组织发布的文件的影响日益增大。这些文件的语言特点和在翻译时使用的策略对其在不同语言和文化中的传播具有重要影响。本文以联合国教科文组织(UNESCO)发布的AI competency framework for teachers (《教师的AI胜任力框架》)为例,基于文本类型翻译理论,结合翻译实践,对语言风格和语言特征进行分析,探讨国际组织文件的语言特点及翻译策略。国际组织文件的翻译需要对专业领域有一定了解,还需要翻译者具有跨文化沟通的能力,以确保文件在多语言环境中的有效传播和实施。
As globalization deepens, the impact of documents issued by international organizations is increasing. The linguistic characteristics of these documents and the strategies used in their translation have a significant impact on their dissemination in different languages and cultures. Taking the AI competency framework for teachers issued by UNESCO as an example, this paper discusses the linguistic characteristics and translation strategies of documents of international organizations based on the theory of text type translation and the analysis of language style and language features in combination with translation practice. The translation of documents of international organizations requires a certain understanding of the professional field, and also requires the translator to have the ability of cross-cultural communication to ensure the effective dissemination and implementation of the documents in a multilingual environment.
