社会老龄化背景下遗赠扶养协议规则的完善

中国的人口老龄化已经成为一个不可逆转的社会发展趋势，随着社会老龄化程度的快速加深，我国现行的养老金制度将面临极大的挑战，当前我国养老金制度面临着结构性失衡问题，其中第一支柱养老体系占据主导地位，而第三支柱养老体系却始终难以铺开。鉴于此，文章的主要内容就是从遗赠扶养协议的视角入手，分析遗赠扶养协议在适用过程中所存在的规则困境，并在总结归纳问题的基础上提出相应的对策建议，从而推广遗赠扶养协议的养老服务，提升第三支柱养老体系的比重。
