阿斯图里亚斯《玉米人》中的意象研究
A Study of Imagery on Asturias’ Hombres de maíz

《玉米人》中各类意象交织，既包含了拉美大陆上的残酷现实，又结合了印第安人的原始思维方式。本文运用文本细读法，选取阿斯图里亚斯《玉米人》中的重要意象如“玉米”、动物——“纳华尔”来探究意象所象征和隐喻的深层文化内涵，进而了解阿斯图里亚斯对印第安民族悲惨命运的同情，对其反抗精神的肯定。
In Hombres de maíz, various kinds of imagery are interwoven, which not only contains the reality of Latin American continent, but also combines the primitive way of thinking of the Indians. This thesis uses the method of textual close reading and selects important imagery in Asturias’ Hombres de maíz, such as “corn” and animal “nahual”, to explore the deeper symbolism and cultural connotations of the images, and then to understand Asturias’ sympathy for tragic fate of Indian nation and his affirmation of its spirit of resistance.
