校史文化育人功能探析——以上海立信会计金融学院为例
Exploring the Educational Function of University History Culture—A Case Study of Shanghai Lixin University of Accounting and Finance

高校校史文化是校园文化的重要组成部分，也是精神传承的重要载体，在学校发展、教育育人和社会责任践行中发挥了重要作用。本文以上海立信会计金融学院校史文化为例，探究校史文化中的诚信精神、教育实践与社会责任三方面的文化价值，探讨其日渐凸显的育人功能。本文提出通过内容挖掘传播、反馈机制完善、讲解员志愿者队伍培养及“档案回家”计划等多元路径，促进诚信文化的传承与传播创新，增强校史文化的育人功能与社会影响力。
The culture of university history is an integral part of campus culture and an important carrier of spiritual heritage. It plays a significant role in university development, education function, and the fulfillment of social responsibilities. Using the university culture of Shanghai Lixin University of Accounting and Finance as a case study, this paper explores the cultural values of integrity, educational practice, and social responsibility embedded in the university’s culture history. It indicates the increasingly prominent educational function of university history culture and proposes multi-dimensional approaches such as content exploration and dissemination, improvement of feedback mechanisms, cultivation of volunteer guide teams, and the “Archives Homecoming” initiative. These approaches aim to promote the inheritance and innovative dissemination of the culture of integrity, thereby enhancing the educational function and social influence of university history culture.
