对外汉语教学中留学生跨文化交际能力的培养

对外汉语是当今国际跨文化交际开展的语言教育活动，而汉语教学在提高留学生汉语素质方面具有重要突出作用，基于此，文章探讨了跨文化交际障碍的体现，分析了影响外国留学生跨文化交际能力的各种因素，并提出了相应的提升策略，即影响留学生跨文化交际能力的因素；为提升留学生的跨文化交际能力，需要强化其跨文化交际意识，使其更加敏感和尊重不同文化；提升教师的跨文化教学素养与能力；改进留学生教学模式，引入更多跨文化交流的实践活动，增强留学生的实际操作能力。以期培养留学生的跨文化交际能力，促进其在多元文化环境中的适应与发展。
Chinese as a foreign language is a language education activity carried out in international cross-cultural communication today, and Chinese teaching plays an important and prominent role in improving the Chinese quality of international students. Based on this, this paper discusses the manifestations of intercultural communication barriers, analyzes various factors affecting the intercultural communication ability of foreign students, and puts forward corresponding improvement strategies, namely the factors that affect the intercultural communication ability of overseas students. To improve the intercultural communication ability of international students, it is necessary to strengthen their intercultural communication awareness and make them more sensitive and respectful to different cultures, improve teachers’ cross-cultural teaching quality and ability; improve the teaching mode of international students, introduce more practical activities of cross-cultural communication, and enhance the practical operation ability of international students, in order to cultivate the intercultural communication ability of foreign students and promote their adaptation and development in the multi-cultural environment.
