镜像疗愈:国内治愈系综艺的疗愈效果研究

Abstract:
加速社会下生活节奏的加快使人们逐渐走向异化。这种快节奏、压抑的生活状态催生了人们对于治愈系生活的向往和追求,治愈系综艺节目应运而生。本研究以《忘不了餐厅2》等四部治愈系综艺节目为例,在使用与满足理论、“媒介即按摩”理论以及身份认同理论基础上,探讨其如何通过镜像媒介实现认知、文化、审美、娱乐等方面的疗愈功能。研究结果显示,这些节目通过镜像人物的呈现,台前幕后的构建起观众与节目、嘉宾之间的联系。它们不仅满足受众浅层次的情感需求,还在多元媒介对话空间中为观众带来心灵的“按摩”,实现深层次的情感修复。此外,在媒介引导下,受众获得了强烈的群体归属感,构建起多元身份认同,使节目中的共情体验和积极价值观得以有效传递。
Accelerating the pace of life in the accelerated society makes people gradually move towards alienation. This fast-paced and stressful lifestyle has sparked a longing and pursuit for healing and comforting experiences, giving rise to the emergence of healing variety shows. This study takes four therapeutic variety shows, including “Never Forget Restaurant 2”, as examples, and explores how they achieve healing functions in cognition, culture, aesthetics, and entertainment through the mirror medium, based on the theories of use and satisfaction, “media is massage” and identity recognition. The research results show that these programs build connections between the audience, the show, and the guests through the presentation of mirror characters and the construction of on-stage and backstage elements. They not only meet the shallow emotional needs of the audience, but also bring spiritual “massage” to the audience in the multi-media dialogue space and realize deep emotional repair. In addition, under the guidance of the media, the audience has gained a strong sense of belonging to the group, and constructed multiple identities, so that the empathy experience and positive values in the program can be effectively conveyed.
