老龄化背景下社区老年人心理健康服务优化路径研究
Research on the Optimal Path of Mental Health Services for the Elderly in theCommunity under the Background of Aging

社区作为老年人心理健康服务的核心环境体系，扮演着至关重要的角色。本研究致力于探讨在老龄化社会趋势日益显著的背景下，如何有效提升老年人的社会支持感知与自我效能感，进而不断精进社区服务路径，并构建一个全面而高效的社区老年心理服务体系。通过对相关政策文件的深入剖析及当前学界研究现状的审视，发现尽管老龄化问题日益凸显，但我国在社区老年心理健康服务路径的探索上仍存在明显不足。具体表现为心理健康服务供需矛盾尖锐、社区服务水平参差不齐，以及难以充分满足老年人多元化需求等挑战。针对这些问题，本研究提出了一系列改进措施，包括建立健全心理健康组织体系、营造有利于老年人心理健康的良好环境，以及开发多样化的服务载体等，旨在优化社区老年人心理健康服务的实施路径，从而切实提升老年人的心理健康水平。
As the core environment system of mental health services for the elderly, the community plays a crucial role. This study is devoted to exploring how to effectively improve the perception of social support and self-efficacy of the elderly in the context of the increasingly significant trend of aging society, so as to continuously improve the community service path and build a comprehensive and efficient community psychological service system for the elderly. Through the in-depth analysis of relevant policy documents and the review of current academic research status, it is found that although the aging problem is increasingly prominent, there are still obvious deficiencies in the exploration of community mental health services for the elderly in China. The specific manifestations are the sharp contradiction between the supply and demand of mental health services, the uneven level of community services, and the difficulty in fully meeting the diversified needs of the elderly. In response to these problems, this study proposed a series of improvement measures, including the establishment of a sound mental health organization system, the creation of a good environment conducive to the mental health of the elderly, and the development of diversified service carriers, aiming to optimize the implementation path of community mental health services for the elderly, so as to effectively improve the mental health level of the elderly.
