加减苍附导痰丸治疗多囊卵巢综合征合并胰岛素抵抗的临床经验

Abstract:
多囊卵巢综合征伴胰岛素抵抗如今日益增多，是育龄期妇女常见疾病，其治疗过程往往较为漫长，祖国传统医学对本病有历史悠久的相关记载，治疗上有独特的优势，可显著改善临床症状，随着中国中医药的不断发展，选择中医药治疗的患者已经越来越多。苍附导痰丸作为临床上常用于治疗此病的方剂，效果颇佳，其随证加减应用亦是极为重要。
