新质生产力视域下淄川区文旅产业助力乡村振兴新路径研究
Research on the New Paths for Rural Revitalization Facilitated by the Cultural and Tourism Industry in Zichuan District from the Perspective of New-Quality Productive Forces

全面推进乡村振兴战略的关键是推动实现产业兴旺，乡村文化旅游这一产业形态不仅能够带来经济效益，更是对于提升地区形象、传承文化遗产、增进交流合作、促进社会文明进步具有重要意义。新质生产力能够为文化和旅游产业注入新的活力，促进其转型升级和可持续发展。深入贯彻党的二十届三中全会精神，深刻剖析淄博市淄川区乡村旅游和文旅产业发展现状与文旅产业助力乡村振兴面临的挑战，并提出“加强旅游设施建设，丰富数字化体验”、“合理规划区域布局，拓展文旅多形式发展”、“多渠道扩大营销宣传，举办特色文化活动”、“加快引育高端人才，加大财政投入和金融支持”的乡村振兴新路径，推动新质生产力赋能淄川区文旅产业，助力乡村全面振兴。
The key to comprehensively promoting rural revitalization lies in driving the prosperity of industries. The industrial form of rural cultural tourism can not only bring economic benefits, but also play an important role in enhancing the regional image, inheriting cultural heritage, strengthening exchanges and cooperation, and promoting social and civilized progress. New productive forces can inject new vitality into the cultural and tourism industries and facilitate their transformation, upgrading and sustainable development. Deeply implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, conduct in-depth analyses on the current situation of rural tourism and the development of the cultural and tourism industries in Zichuan District, Zibo City, as well as the challenges faced by the cultural and tourism industries in helping with rural revitalization. And put forward new paths for rural revitalization, including “strengthening the construction of tourism facilities and enriching digital experiences”, “rationally planning the regional layout and expanding the diversified development of cultural and tourism industries”, “expanding marketing and publicity through multiple channels and holding characteristic cultural activities”, “accelerating the introduction and cultivation of high-end talents and increasing financial input and financial support”, so as to promote new productive forces to empower the cultural and tourism industries in Zichuan District and contribute to the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.
