云南省制造业企业数字化转型路径研究：现状、挑战与政策建议
Study on the Digital Transformation Path of Manufacturing Enterprises in Yunnan Province: Current Situation, Challenges and Policy Recommendations

随着全球科技革命与产业变革的进一步推进，数字化转型已成为制造业持续发展的必由之路。本研究聚焦云南省制造业企业的数字化转型路径，深入分析当前云南省制造业企业数字化转型的现状、面临的主要挑战，并在此基础上提出切实可行的政策建议。研究表明，近年来，云南省在数字基础设施建设、产业供给能力提升等方面取得了显著进展。然而，目前云南省制造业企业在推进数字化转型过程中，仍面临技术、资金与人才等多重瓶颈，转型速度和深度存在一定滞后。针对这些挑战，本文提出几项政策建议，旨在加速制造业的数字化转型进程。通过实施这些措施，有望帮助云南省实现制造业的智能化、高端化发展，推动产业结构优化与升级，为区域经济的高质量发展奠定坚实基础。
With the further advancement of the global scientific and technological revolution and industrial change, digital transformation has become a necessary path for the sustainable development of the manufacturing industry. This study focuses on the path of digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises in Yunnan Province, analyzes in-depth the current situation of digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises in Yunnan Province, the main challenges they face, and puts forward practical policy recommendations on this basis. The study shows that in recent years, Yunnan Province has made significant progress in the construction of digital infrastructure and the improvement of industrial supply capacity. However, at present, manufacturing enterprises in Yunnan Province are still facing multiple bottlenecks, such as technology, capital and talent, in the process of promoting digital transformation, and there is a certain lag in the speed and depth of transformation. In response to these challenges, this paper puts forward several policy recommendations aimed at accelerating the digital transformation process of the manufacturing industry. Through the implementation of these measures, it is expected to help Yunnan Province realize the intelligent and high-end development of manufacturing, promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, and lay a solid foundation for the high-quality development of the regional economy.
