马莉教授运用小续命汤治疗特发性突聋经验
Professor Ma Li’s Experience in Treating Idiopathic Sudden Sensorineural Hearing Loss with Xiao Xuming Decoction

小续命汤最早记载于陈延之的《小品方》：“治卒中风欲死，身体缓急，口目不正，舌强不能语，奄奄惚惚，精神闷乱，诸风服之皆验，不令人虚方。”本方多用于治疗中风患者，具有祛风通络，活血化瘀等功效。今马莉教授将其运用于临床，异病同治，于特发性突聋有显著疗效。
The Xiao Xuming Decoction was first recorded in Chen Yanzhi’s Xiao Pin Fang: “It treats sudden stroke on the verge of death, with symptoms of sudden changes in body tension, misalignment of mouth and eyes, inflexible tongue rendering speech difficult, a state of semi-consciousness, mental confusion, and various wind conditions. It has proven effective for all types of wind disorders without causing debilitation.” This formula is commonly used to treat patients with stroke, offering benefits such as dispelling wind and unblocking collaterals, promoting blood circulation, and removing blood stasis. Today, Professor Ma Li applies it clinically for the treatment of idiopathic sudden sensorineural hearing loss, achieving significant therapeutic effects through the principle of treating different diseases with the same method.
