基于金融素养的小微企业主信用评级指标体系设计

Abstract:
小微企业正规融资可获得性较低的一个重要原因是传统信用评估模型无法有效获取其真实信用信息。在财务和经营数据获取困难的情况下,企业主个人金融素养就成为了决定其信用状况的关键因素,而以企业主金融素养为基础的信用评级研究几乎处于空白状态。本文采用了德尔菲法、层次分析法和熵值法,在理论研究的基础上,构建了基于小微企业主金融素养的信用评级指标体系并确定了指标权重。
An important reason for the limited accessibility of formal financing for SMEs lies in the inability of traditional credit evaluation models to effectively capture their true creditworthiness. When financial and operational data are difficult to obtain, the financial literacy of the business owner becomes a critical determinant of the enterprise’s credit status. However, research on credit rating systems based on the financial literacy of business owners is nearly non-existent. This study employs the Delphi method, analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and entropy method to construct a credit rating indicator system grounded in the financial literacy of micro and small business owners. The study further determines the weights of these indicators, based on rigorous theoretical analysis.
