靖远县刘川镇易地扶贫搬迁户就业帮扶满意度研究
A Study on the Satisfaction Degree of Employment Assistance of Relocated Poverty Alleviation Households in Liuchuan Town,Jingyuan County

近几年，搬迁工作稳步推进，在全国设置的安置点的数量也在不断增多，了解安置点搬迁户对就业帮扶的满意度情况就显得十分重要。本研究从搬迁户满意度的主观角度分析了靖远县刘川镇易地扶贫搬迁户对就业帮扶的满意度水平。采用了文献分析、问卷调查和个案访谈相结合的研究方法，了解了靖远县刘川镇安置点就业帮扶现状，探究了安置点搬迁户对就业帮扶措施的满意度情况，并提出相应的改善措施。本研究对于靖远县易地扶贫搬迁就业帮扶的后续措施的确定和实施有一定的参考作用，同时也对其他地区易地扶贫搬迁就业帮扶提供借鉴。
In recent years, with the steady progress of relocation efforts, there has been an increasing number of resettlement sites established in China. It is crucial to comprehend the satisfaction levels of resettlement households regarding employment assistance. This study analyzes the subjective satisfaction levels of relocated households towards employment assistance in Liuchuan Town, Jingyuan County. The research methodology employed includes literature analysis, questionnaire surveys, and case interviews. By examining the current state of employment assistance at the resettlement site in Liuchuan Town, Jingyuan County, this study explores the satisfaction levels of resettlement households towards employment assistance measures and proposes corresponding improvement strategies. These findings can provide valuable insights for determining and implementing future poverty alleviation and employment assistance measures at resettlement sites in Jingyuan County, and serve as a reference for similar poverty alleviation, relocation, and employment assistance initiatives in other regions.
