农村留守老人作为一个特殊群体，除了需要满足基本的物质需求之外，更需要丰富的精神生活。通过实地调查，发现留守老人面临活动形式单调、参与度低和精神慰藉缺失等问题。为解决这些问题，社会工作者运用小组工作方法开展活动，旨在增强留守老人的社交能力、减少孤独感、提升心理健康水平，从而提高其精神生活水平和晚年幸福感。文章还强调了对活动进行评估和反馈的重要性，以优化活动方案，提高活动效果和质量。研究结果可为其他地区留守老人精神生活建设提供实践指导。
As a special group, the left-behind elderly in rural areas not only need to meet their basic material needs, but also need a rich spiritual life. Through field investigation, it was found that the left-behind elderly are faced with problems such as monotonous activities, low participation and lack of spiritual comfort. To address these issues, social workers use group work methods to carry out activities aimed at enhancing the social skills of left-behind elderly people, reducing loneliness, and improving their mental health, thereby improving their spiritual life and happiness in their later years. The article also emphasizes the importance of evaluation and feedback on activities to optimize the activity program and improve its effectiveness and quality. The research results can provide practical guidance for the spiritual life construction of the left-behind elderly in other areas.
