Based on the perspective of educator spirit, this paper deeply discusses the promotion strategy of class teacher’s work. Through the analysis of the spiritual connotation of educators, combined with the characteristics and needs of class teachers’ work, this paper puts forward a series of targeted promotion ways, aiming at providing useful reference for cultivating class teachers with noble education feelings, excellent professional ability and strong sense of social responsibility.
