基于OBE理念的监狱学本科专业实践教学体系构建研究
Research on the Construction of the Practical Teaching System for the Undergraduate Major of Prison Administration Based on the OBE Concept

为了解决监狱学专业实践教学不被重视，实践教学与行业互动性不足，实务经验教学师资不足，教学模拟场景缺乏等问题，在OBE教育理念的指引下，通过“五化育人”培养模式，丰富专业实践，提高教师实践教学能力，完善实践教学硬件等途径，探索监狱学本科专业实践教学体系的构建路径，以期全面提升监狱学学生的知识、能力、素质水平，提高毕业生的社会认可度和影响力，助力人才培养目标的全面达成。
To address the issues such as the lack of emphasis on practical teaching in the prison studies major, insufficient interaction between practical teaching and the industry, shortage of practical teaching staff, and the scarcity of teaching simulation scenarios, under the guidance of the OBE educational philosophy, this paper explores the construction path of the practical teaching system for the undergraduate major of prison studies through the “five-ization” cultivation model, enriching professional practice, enhancing teachers’ practical teaching abilities, and improving practical teaching hardware. The aim is to comprehensively enhance the knowledge, ability, and quality of prison studies students, increase the social recognition and influence of graduates, and facilitate the full achievement of the talent cultivation goals.
