高龄初产妇的护理中人性化关怀与满意度提升策略研究
A Study of Humanized Care and Satisfaction Improvement Strategies in the Care of Elderly Primigravid Women

随着高龄初产妇增多及特殊需求凸显，催生相关护理问题变得尤为突出。本文分析了高龄初产妇卵巢功能衰退、流产率高、分娩及产后并发症多等生理特点，以及心理压力大、自我效能感低、对社会支持需求迫切等心理特征。在高龄初产妇护理中分别在三个阶段采取不同措施，在孕期护理方面，孕期定制保健计划与饮食方案，强化沟通交流；分娩期要保障分娩前环境与设备良好，分娩过程中推行导乐陪伴和镇痛；产后实施康复指导、心理关怀及鼓励家属参与等手段。在满意度提升策略方面，通过提高护理人员素质、完善质量体系、加强与产妇及家属沟通合作等手段实现了满意度的有效提升。
With the increase in the number of older primiparous women and the prominence of their special needs, the problems associated with birth-related care have become particularly acute. This paper analyzes the physiological characteristics of elderly primiparous women such as declining ovarian function, high rate of miscarriage, and high number of delivery and postpartum complications, as well as psychological characteristics such as high psychological stress, low self-efficacy, and urgent need for social support. Different measures are taken at the three stages of care for elderly primigravid women: during pregnancy, customized health care plans and dietary regimens are made during pregnancy, and communication is strengthened; during childbirth, a good pre-delivery environment and equipment are guaranteed, and during the delivery process guided accompaniment and analgesia are implemented; after delivery, rehabilitation guidance and psychological care are implemented, and family members are encouraged to participate in the process. In terms of satisfaction enhancement strategies, effective enhancement of satisfaction has been realized by improving the quality of nursing staff, improving the quality system, and strengthening communication and cooperation with mothers and their families.
