Abstract:

欧盟十分重视公民终身学习能力的培养,从上个世纪九十年代起,欧盟就针对提升公民的终身学习关键能力而展开了一系列的研究并取得了丰硕的成果,主要集中体现在其发布了关于终身学习关键能力的报告和相关的一系列框架。本研究主要是对欧盟发布的关于终身学习关键能力的报告和实施策略进行梳理,明确“终身学习关键能力”的概念和内涵。最后,文章提出四点对我国终身学习关键能力的发展和构建学习型社会的启示,以期为终身学习关键能力领域更好的发展提供参考,对我国终身学习关键能力框架的制定和终身学习关键能力的培养提供一定的理论依据与基础。
The European Union attaches great importance to the cultivation of citizens’ lifelong learning ability. Since the 1990s, the European Union has carried out a series of studies on improving citizens’ key lifelong learning ability and achieved fruitful results, which are mainly reflected in its release of reports on key lifelong learning ability and a series of related frameworks. This study is mainly to sort out the report and implementation strategy on the key competencies of lifelong learning issued by the European Union, and to clarify the concept and connotation of “key competencies for lifelong learning”. Finally, the article puts forward four enlightenments to the development of key competence of lifelong learning and the construction of learning society, in order to provide reference for the better development of key competence field of lifelong learning, and provide certain theoretical basis and foundation for the formulation of key competence framework of lifelong learning and the cultivation of key competence of lifelong learning in China.
