Oblivion and Rebirth: An Exploration of the Mode of Protection and Utilization of Ningbo’s Industrial Heritage from the Perspective of Urban Renewal

本文聚焦宁波市的工业遗产城市更新案例，从主题性艺术展览模式、城市景观模式、商业办公模式、文创空间模式、社区居住空间五种模式对应美术馆、文创港、和丰纱厂等不同的宁波案例进行相应分析。基于城市记忆，以与其相关的集体记忆、情感研究等理论进行更新特征的的概括和分析，对本城市文化背景下的工业绣带更新有了系统性的参考价值。
This paper focuses on the case of urban renewal of industrial heritage in Ningbo, and analyzes the five modes of thematic art exhibition mode, urban landscape mode, commercial office mode, cultural and creative space mode, and community living space corresponding to different Ningbo cases such as Art Museum, cultural and creative port, and Hemeng Cotton Factory. Based on urban memory, by summarizing and analyzing the updated features with theories related to collective memory and emotional research, it provides systematic reference value for the renewal of industrial ribbons in the cultural background of this city.
