操纵论视角下文化对翻译的影响研究——以The Razor’s Edge中译本为例
Study on the Influence of Culture on Translation from the Perspective of Manipulation Theory—A Case Study of The Razor’s Edge Chinese Versions

通过对比分析不同时代译者的译本，从选词方面总结译者的翻译风格，可以发现译本在诸多方面都存在差异性。全文以勒菲弗尔的翻译操纵论为理论基础，以操纵论中的意识形态为重点，探索译者翻译风格存在差异性的原因。在前人的理论研究基础上，采用文献分析法，并结合具体案例，证实了特定的历史环境对译者操纵行为的影响。最后总结得出，不同的时代文化会影响译者操纵行为，进而导致译文风格差异。在未来有关翻译批评研究中，尤其对比不同时代的译本时，社会文化仍是研究译本差异性时不可或缺的一环。
Through a comparative analysis of the translations written by translators at different times, this paper summarizes the translation styles of translators in terms of words and finds that there are differences in many aspects. Based on Lefebvre’s translation manipulation theory and focusing on the ideology in this theory, this paper explores the reasons for the differences in translation styles. On the basis of previous theoretical research, adopting the method of literature analysis and combining it with specific cases, this paper finds out the influence of a specific historical environment on a translator’s manipulative behavior. Finally, it is concluded that different cultures of different times will affect the manipulation behavior of translators and lead to differences in their translation styles. In future studies on translation criticism, especially when comparing translations from different eras, social culture will still be an indispensable part of the study of translation differences.
