“秋招”未获录用的应届生情感表达与在线社会支持——以小红书平台为例

Abstract:
随着社交媒体深深嵌入人们的日常生活,越来越多人在社交媒体上分享自己的感悟、表达自己的情感。小红书平台作为年轻群体高度活跃讨论求职话题的空间,本文以小红书平台为例,以秋招期间未获得录用的应届生表达秋招期间求职失败的话题为关键词,爬取平台中2022年4月22日至2024年11月27日的970条图文内容分享帖及网友评论互动29,817条进行内容分析,选取平台中分享“秋招未获得录用”经历的18位用户,进行深度访谈。研究发现,尽管秋招期间未获得录用是一种求职失败的体现,但用户在使用社交媒体进行情感表达与社群互动中仍然是更多积极的体现。随着用户进行情感表达与网友进行互动,其焦虑与不安的消极情绪会得到缓解。
As social media becomes deeply embedded in people’s daily lives, more and more people are sharing their feelings and expressing their emotions on social media. As a space where young people are highly active in discussing job-seeking topics, this research takes the Xiaohongshu platform as an example, takes the topic of fresh graduates who did not get hired during the autumn recruitment as the keyword to express the topic of job-seeking failure during the autumn recruitment as the keyword. It crawls 970 posts of text and images shared on the platform from April 22, 2022 to November 27, 2024 and 29,817 interactions with comments from netizens for content analysis. Eighteen users who shared their experiences of “Not getting a job during autumn recruitment” on the platform were selected for in-depth interviews. The study found that although 0offer is a reflection of job hunting failure, users are still more positive when using social media to express emotions and interact with the community. As users express emotions and interact with netizens, their negative emotions of anxiety and unease can be relieved.
