社区治理法治化问题及对策研究
Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Community Governance Legalization

随着现代社会管理中社区治理地位的不断提升，法治化已成为社区治理发展的必然要求。社区治理法治化在保障群众权益、促进社会繁荣方面发挥着重要作用。然而，当前我国社区治理法治化建设中还存在着法律规范不健全、居民法治观念薄弱、治理主体关系不清、治理资源建设不足等问题。对此，可通过完善法律规范体系、培育法治观念意识、明确治理主体关系和加大资源保障力度等措施进一步推进社区治理法治化水平的提高。
With the continuous improvement of the status of community governance in modern social management, legalization has become an inevitable requirement for the development of community governance. The legalization of community governance plays an important role in protecting the rights and interests of the masses and promoting social prosperity. However, there are still some problems in the construction of community governance legalization in China, such as imperfect legal norms, weak residents’ concept of rule of law, unclear relationship between governance subjects, and insufficient governance resources. In this regard, we can further promote the improvement of the level of community governance by law through measures such as improving the legal norms system, cultivating the awareness of the concept of rule of law, clarifying the relationship between governance subjects and increasing resource security.
