基于阳化气、阴成形理论探讨癌因性疲乏
Based on the Theory of Yang Transforming into Qi and Yin Forming Shapes to Explore Cancer-Related Fatigue

癌因性疲乏是多种癌系疾病的共同并发症之一，起病广泛，可演变为不可逆的恶病质等，本病临床诊断和治疗仍然存在不足，中医药联合西药可多层次、多方位、多靶点治疗癌因性疲乏，对癌因性疲乏的治疗具有很大优势，其中西医机制尚不完善。“阳气匮乏、阴形太过”始终贯穿着癌因性疲乏起始期、进展期、终末期。本文从“阳化气，阴成形”理论探讨和论治癌因性疲乏，施治“火”以平阴阳、达“木”祛实以调气血、护“土”以灌四滂的治法。以为癌因性疲乏拓宽临床思路及基础。
Cancer-induced fatigue is one of the common complications of various cancer types, with a wide range of onset and progression to irreversible cachexia and other conditions. The clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease still have limitations, and the combination of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) with Western medicine can provide multi-level, multi-dimensional, and multi-targeted treatment for cancer-induced fatigue, which has great advantages in the treatment of this disease. However, the underlying mechanisms of TCM are not yet fully understood. The concept of “deficiency of yang qi and excess of yin form” has always run through the onset, progression, and terminal stage of cancer-induced fatigue. This article explores and treats cancer-induced fatigue from the perspective of the “transformation of yang qi into energy and the formation of yin form”, using the treatment principles of “using ‘fire’ to balance yin and yang, using ‘wood’ to dispel excess and regulate qi and blood, and protecting the ‘earth’ to nourish the four limbs”. This is intended to broaden the clinical thinking and provide a basis for the treatment of cancer-induced fatigue.
